Changing My Diet


Today's blog post is a bit shorter...
I need to change my diet. For real. I've literally been eating baked beans with various carbohydrates such as couscous and brown rice for a couple months now!
Even though my diet is very healthy, I've been lacking variety in my meals.
I've noticed how often I just reach for a tin of Heinz or chuck some Quorn pieces into the oven.
As a very busy person, I sometimes struggle to find the time to make the meals that I want to during the week.
Obviously I won't be completely ditching these foods! I'll just be eating less of them.
